On ‘The Origin of Species' is the famous book by Charles Darwin. It was published on 24 November 1859. It gave evidence for evolution, and suggested what had caused evolution to happen. Its full title was on the origin of species by means of natural selection, or the preservation of favoured races in the struggle for life. It is a work of scientific literature by Charles Darwin which is considered to be the foundation of evolutionary biology. Darwin’s book did two things. First, it provided a great deal of evidence that evolution has taken place. Second, itt proposed a theory to explain how evolution works. Evolution by natural Selection is the key to understanding biology, and the diversity of life on earth. Darwin’s book introduced the scientific theory that populations evolve over the course of generations through a process of natural Selection. It presented a body of evidence that the diversity of life arose by common descent through a branching pattern of evolution. The book Was written for non-specialist readers and attracted widespread interest upon its publication. This is the most important single book in the biology sciences and its main ideas are well-supported by modern research.
